Both of these master room have fantastic views of the pool and natural reserve in the back of the home. Our fully loaded pool home is equipped with everything to help ensure that you enjoy the best vacation ever and it's sure to 'TICK ALL THE BOXES' on your wish list! A spacious house with a large deck and a beautiful swimming pool! This executive 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home is one of the closest vacation communities to Disney, just 3 miles away. Furnished to the highest standard with every conceivable extra. The open plan living and kitchen area lets you relax in style. there is also a large separate living area as you enter the house. There are two master suites and if you need internet access, its already installed. This holiday vacation villa will simply delight you.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TAXES

Tourist Development Taxes for vacation homes in Osceola County is not being collected by this website at the time of booking. However, this tax is mandatory, and we are obligated to collect and file this tax to the relevant authorities. As such, after making your reservation, we will be reaching out to collect this 6.5% tax separately. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

Please keep in mind that Florida is a tropical climate. As such, we share the environment with many tropical animals like mosquitos, snakes, frogs, and various other insects. Its not uncommon to see or experience these while on vacation. We make every effort to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for you and your family.
