The home has been professionally decorated to ensure the best for your family! You'll find a flat screen TV's in each room. The second floor features a loft with a TV ready to play your favorite show and entertain the whole family! The movie theater room is AAAAMAZING! Grab the family and some popcorn and enjoy a movie on the 85 inch flat screen TV!

The open concept floor allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one of the flat screens or enjoying family time!

The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need with stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops.

There's even a game room with foosball, air hockey and a pool table; fun for the entire family! After a long day in the parks or other Central Florida attractions, you'll love your very own pool and spa,complete with chaise loungers and two dining tables; a perfect spot to enjoy sunny days in Orlando. Fully equipped laundry, with washer and dryer and Wi-Fi are also included.

Optional pool heat is available at $250 + tax (4 day minimum). We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. Please note that it takes at minimum 24 hours for you to feel the pool heated. This is not an immediate process.

You will get to enjoy FREE access to the Oasis Clubhouse in the ChampionsGate resort which features a water park including:
Lazy river, Kids splash pad, Large slides, Quiet pool, Air conditioned cabanas, Movie theater, Fitness center, Restaurant, and much more!

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. There will be an additional $500 Security Deposit collected and held by Fairytale Vacation Rentals. This amount is completely refundable within 14 days of your departure, providing there is no damage to the property. You are advised to note and report any deficiencies with the property upon within 2 hours of arrival. After this time, you will be held responsible and deduction from your Security will occur. Should damage to the property exceed $500, you will be responsible for the excess.

2. NO SMOKING is allowed in the homes. Our homes are all equipped with smoking sensors that will record and report smoking in the home. Should this occur a $250 fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

3. Tourist Development Taxes for vacation homes in Osceola County is not being collected by this website at the time of booking. However, this tax is mandatory, and we are obligated to collect and file this tax to the relevant authorities. As such, after making your reservation, we will be reaching out to collect this 6.5% tax separately.
4. The community requires a list of all drivers entering the community. Once you are booked, you will be asked to provide a list of drivers. We ask that you provide one list of all drivers. If you need to add more drivers at a later date, this will incur a $25.00 processing fee. This fee can be easiliy avoided by providing one list.
