The open floor plan has a generous kitchen, dining room, and family room. The kitchen is spectacular with its modern white finishes, central prep island, and all top-notch appliances including washer and dryer. Outdoor area with private pool and steps away from the Oasis Club clubhouse and water park. STOREY LAKE RESORT is a fantastic gated community. THE CLUBHOUSE also features a restaurant, bar, movie theater, gym, aerobics room, spa, resort-style pools, and a lazy river along with a splash area.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

Tourist Development Taxes for vacation homes in Osceola County is not being collected by this website at the time of booking. However, this tax is mandatory, and we are obligated to collect and file this tax to the relevant authorities.
