The location of this secured and gated community near the Disney parks makes it a popular choice for families. The 4 bedroom layout is a good fit for a family or group of up to 10 people. A master bedroom features a king sized bed and an attached private bathroom. There is a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. The fourth bedroom hosts bunk beds and an additional full bed. All bedrooms have the convenience of TV's.



Cook delicious vacation meals with the availability of a fully equipped kitchen. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and place settings are all included. OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.
