*The private, screened patio with comfortable outdoor furniture located just outside the master bedroom, also accessible by the living room, is wonderful place to gather and relax watching the cardinals, squirrels, hawks and other amusing wildlife as they frolic amidst the trees. It is also a great place to watch the amazing Florida rainstorms, and the patio has a fun selfie wall for those who like to document and share where they have been. #thesunnyhouse

*The Sunny House condo is on the 3rd floor of building 38, and though there is no elevator, the privacy with no one above you, only one side neighbor & no one walking directly in front of your patio, makes this unit a true private treehouse retreat experience. Just outside is a smaller, quieter satellite pool with hot tub and it is just a short walk to the more active clubhouse pool and children's splash pad. (Though far enough away you don't hear the noise from these busier areas.)
Bahama Bay Resort is an amazing, well care for 70 acre Caribbean-style resort with amenities and fun for every age. Located in the perfect location only about 10 miles from Disney attractions yet set away from all the busy traffic. All the stores and restaurants you need are just an easy drive a few minutes away (or you can door dash) and the breathtaking beaches on either side are only about an hour and ½ away.
