The open concept floor allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one of the flat screens or enjoying family time!

The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need with stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops.

After a long day in the parks or other Central Florida attractions, you'll love your very own pool and spa,complete with chaise loungers and two dining tables; a perfect spot to enjoy sunny days in Orlando. Fully equipped laundry, with washer and dryer and Wi-Fi are also included.

Optional pool heat is available at $250 + tax (4 day minimum). We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

You will get to enjoy FREE access to the Oasis Clubhouse in the ChampionsGate resort which features a water park including:
Lazy river, Kids splash pad, Large slides, Quiet pool, Air conditioned cabanas, Movie theater, Fitness center, Restaurant, and much more!

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

The villa is a perfect venue for guests looking to visit Orlando's world class attractions as it is located within 30 minutes to everything that matters.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. There will be an additional $500 Security Deposit collected and held by Fairytale Vacation Rentals. This amount is completely refundable within 14 days of your departure, providing there is no damage to the property. You are advised to note and report any deficiencies with the property upon within 2 hours of arrival. After this time, you will be held responsible and deduction from your Security will occur.

2. NO SMOKING is allowed in the homes. Our homes are all equipped with smoking sensors that will record and report smoking in the home. Should this occur a $250 fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

3. Tourist Development Taxes for vacation homes in Osceola County is not being collected by this website at the time of booking. However, this tax is mandatory, and we are obligated to collect and file this tax to the relevant authorities. As such, after making your reservation, we will be reaching out to collect this 6.5% tax separately.
