This is the ideal family home of a vacation rental. This gorgeous home has been beautifully renovated and has a very nice modern look and feel. This Davenport home is just a short 8-mile drive to Walt Disney World Resort, where you can watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom, go on a safari at Animal Kingdom or travel around the world at Epcot! This 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, private full size pool, etc. Also the neighborhood has great features, such as a kids playground, tennis and basketball court, and a beautiful Lake View.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.
